Action
Tab Advance to next field or command button on a form
Shift-Tab Back up to the previous field or command button on a form
Ctrl-Tab From within a subform, advance to the next field on the main form
(on forms with scrolling windows only)
Ctrl-Shift-Tab From within a subform, back up to the previous field on the main form (on forms with scrolling windows only)
Alt-Down Arrow or F4 Open a choice list (on combo box fields)
Shift-F2 Open a zoom window for easier viewing and editing
Spacebar Toggle a checkbox between checked and unchecked
Home Place cursor at beginning of text within a field
End Place cursor at end of text within a field
Ctrl-Home Place cursor at beginning of text within a multi-line field
Ctrl-End Place cursor at end of text within a multi-line field
Ctrl-Enter Start a new line within a multi-line field
Ctrl-C Copy selected text to the Windows Clipboard
Ctrl-X Cut selected text and copy to the Windows Clipboard
Ctrl-V Paste text from the Windows Clipboard
Ctrl-Apostrophe (‘) Copy the field from the previous record
Ctrl-Semicolon (;) Insert the current date
Ctrl-Colon (:) Insert the current time
